Chelsea brings a unique blend of experience, heart, and hustle to the table. Having attended the University of Kentucky, majoring in Hospitality Management, Chelsea has always had a passion for serving others—and now she’s channeling that same drive into helping clients find their dream homes.
Her deep compassion for others stems from a past that fuels her mission: to empower and support women and children who have experienced abuse. Community service is at the core of everything she does.
Chelsea is outgoing, dedicated, and deeply rooted in her hometown. She lives on a farm in Pulaski County with her husband Larry, their son Brayden, and a flock of chickens—so don’t be surprised if your home-buying experience includes a complimentary carton of fresh eggs!
When she’s not showing homes or serving her community, you’ll find Chelsea boating on Lake Cumberland, spending time on the farm, or working as a licensed general contractor. She also holds certifications in septic and manufactured home installation, offering her clients a rare level of insight and expertise in the housing industry.
Whether you're buying, selling, or just looking for advice, Chelsea Hensley is ready to help you make your next move with confidence—and heart.
